LUXURY HOMES

We have been building homes in Antigua for 30 years. During this time we have built many top quality buildings for a range of high profile private clients and businesses.

Antigua offers some of the most beautiful landscapes and sea views in the world. Our homes are built to simultaneously integrate into the natural environment and bring the natural environment into your living space.

All our buildings are designed to take into account the island’s elements - sun, rain, and wind - and we engineer them for hurricane resistance by including features such as hurricane-rated doors and windows.

The Caribbean offers beautiful local building materials that we can incorporate into your home. Volcanic rocks and limestone from Antigua, greenheart hardwood from Guyana, or coral stone from the Dominican Republic are just some of the materials we can source.

All our homes are bespoke. We work with you from the very start of your project to talk through the kind of home you want to build and advise with ideas and costs, free of charge.

If you are thinking of buying land in Antigua, we can offer pre-purchase site inspections to help envisage your construction. We can work with your own architect or offer a design service.

SUSTAINABLE HOMES

We have been building sustainable luxury homes for more than 25 years. Standfast Point was one of our first projects and one of the first fully green high-end homes in Antigua.

Our homes are built using the very latest photovoltaic solar collectors and energy storage technology. Integrated into the design of the construction, they run world class appliances, air conditioners, and swimming pools as seamlessly as traditionally powered homes.

In a global context, where the cost of fossil fuel continues to rise, green homes are not just friendlier to our planet, but in the long term can be more cost effective. The solar systems we install are designed to last 25 years or more. Over that time they will not only reduce carbon emissions but save on the overall running costs of your home.

Antigua has rainy and drier seasons. Our homes use rainwater harvesting systems with large capacity storage cisterns so you will never run out of water. The water that cisterns collect from the sky make your home entirely self-sufficient.

If you choose to incorporate drought resistant rock and landscaping into the design of your home, we can ensure that in the drier season your garden will continue to look superb.

OUR VISION

We believe we can all contribute to stopping the pollution of planet earth.

The Caribbean not only offers abundant natural resources that can be harnessed to power homes, but relies on a healthy planet for its economy.

Today green technology is mature and stable enough to efficiently fuel homes and businesses of any size.

We want to see a Caribbean that leads in building green, more sustainable homes, that both contribute to reducing carbon emissions, and provide an example globally of how it can be done.

We aim to contribute to that vision, by building one green home at a time.

  • Self-sustaining with rainwater harvesting systems

  • Built using a combination of locally Caribbean-sourced materials and the best international hurricane-resistant and solar technology
